What we collect

• Names you type stay in your browser. They are not sent to our servers to look them up.
• Waitlist: if you join the Plus waitlist we store your email address, the date, and the name you were looking at, so we can tell you when Plus launches.
• Suggestions: if you suggest a pronunciation or meaning, we store the name and your suggestion (no email) so a person can review it.
• On your device: your daily-game streak and settings are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
• Security: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses to deliver the site and stop abuse. For rate limits we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling of data. We don't use your data to train AI.

Other services

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Bot protection on forms uses Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your rights (PDPA)

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Unsubscribe links are in every email. Our Data Protection Officer is [DPO NAME].

Where data is stored

On Cloudflare's network (database located in Asia-Pacific). We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or Plus launches plus 12 months, whichever is sooner.
